Warranty Policy
Last updated: July 2026
1. Warranty Coverage Period
Lighting Products
Litemove warrants its lighting products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase as shown on the original invoice or proof of purchase.
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:
- Valid proof of purchase
- Product serial number (SN)
- Description of the defect or issue
Rechargeable Batteries
Rechargeable batteries integrated into or supplied with Litemove products are covered by a limited warranty for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
Normal battery capacity degradation resulting from age, usage cycles, storage conditions, or environmental factors is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under warranty.
2. Warranty Claim Procedure
This policy applies exclusively to warranty claims arising from product defects.
If you wish to return a product for reasons unrelated to a defect (such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind), please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
All warranty claims must follow the official warranty process described below. Products returned without prior authorization will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
Step 1 – Submit a Warranty Request
Complete the Warranty Request Form available on our website.
You must provide all required information, including:
- Order number
- Product model
- Product serial number (SN)
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographs and/or videos showing the defect or malfunction
Step 2 – Initial Review
Our customer service team will review the submitted information and determine whether the claim qualifies for further evaluation.
Step 3 – Return Authorization
If the claim is approved for inspection, we will provide return instructions via email within seven (7) business days.
Step 4 – Inspection and Resolution
After the product is received at Litemove’s designated service center or collection facility, we will complete the inspection within twenty-five (25) business days.
If the defect is determined to be covered under this warranty, Litemove may, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the product;
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished equivalent product;
- Issue store credit, a voucher, or a refund equivalent to the product value.
If the product is determined not to be covered under warranty, Litemove reserves the right to decline repair or replacement services.
3. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
Customer Return Shipping
After receiving authorization to proceed with a warranty claim, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to the designated Litemove service center, including any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or related fees incurred during transit.
Non-Warranty Cases
If inspection determines that the damage resulted from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, or any other condition excluded from warranty coverage, customers requesting the product to be returned will be responsible for all return shipping costs and related fees.
4. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, improper handling, or accidental damage;
- Installation, configuration, or operation not performed in accordance with the user manual or product instructions;
- Excessive loading, abnormal use conditions, or improper testing procedures;
- Exposure to temperatures, humidity levels, or environmental conditions outside the product specifications;
- Electrical disturbances, including power surges, voltage spikes, improper wiring, or power interruptions;
- Natural disasters, acts of God, or other force majeure events;
- Cleaning with high-pressure water systems;

- Damage caused by connection to incompatible third-party components, accessories, batteries, lighting systems, or electrical equipment;
- Normal cosmetic wear, including scratches, discoloration, fading, or other aesthetic deterioration that does not affect product functionality.
5. Disassembly and Authorized Service Requirements
Litemove lighting products are designed to meet applicable IP-rated water and dust resistance standards.
Although certain Litemove products may be designed to allow servicing or battery replacement, all repairs, servicing, and internal component replacement should be performed only by technicians authorized by Litemove to ensure product safety, water resistance, reliability, and performance.
Any of the following actions will immediately void this warranty:
- Opening the product housing without authorization;

- Repairing, modifying, or altering the product by yourself or through an unauthorized third party;
- Replacing internal components, including batteries, with non-approved parts.
Litemove shall not be liable for any damage, malfunction, short circuit, water ingress, injury, or other consequences resulting from unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair.
6. Limitation of Warranty
This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Litemove.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all other warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.
The remedies described in this Warranty Policy constitute the customer’s sole and exclusive remedies for any covered warranty claim.
